Your prototype is a working test system built in the latest available stable version of Odoo Enterprise, such as Odoo 20.0 Enterprise. The configurations and custom code are already in place, ready for your team to test at the end of the GAP. This is User Acceptance Testing (UAT): checking that the solution meets your business needs.

Who takes part and how we coordinate

You nominate a Single Point of Contact (SPOC): the person I work with for coordination and project management. They bring together your Subject Matter Experts — the people who know each business process — and help me consolidate the information, needs, and findings. No IT knowledge is required.

I provide a shared dashboard and clear documentation templates, so your team can follow decisions, deliverables, progress, and billing in one place.

Duration and scope

From 2 weeks of work for smaller projects, with an average duration of around 2 months. We discuss the timeline case by case, based on your processes and the work involved.

After the GAP

Carry the tested solution into implementation

Implementation is scoped separately. We reuse the prototype's configurations and custom code and rebuild the solution with your real master data, such as customers, products, and suppliers. The work already validated during the GAP does not need to be recreated.
